Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)

Shifts and Hours:

Accountabilities:

  • Handles incoming customer calls with accuracy and efficiency; approximately 50 calls per day
  • Handles special deliveries if customer is out of stock (order, ship & bill); by liaising with customer service, shipping, and transportation;
  • Accurately keys orders for pre-booked or new products;
  • Precisely checks delivery paperwork from IDs for signatures, billing, etc. & files it;
  • Runs shipping documentation on a daily basis (location specific);
  • Creates customer service reports, as required
  • Reports & investigates issues immediately;
  • Maintains a safe & secure work environment for all employees;

  • At a minimum, completion of High School with basic math skills;
  • Minimum 1 year business experience in customer service or retail service;
